We ship international orders from Japan via EMS (Express Mail Service).

Shipping fees are currently set by destination zone. Please check the shipping rates page for the destination list and fees. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout. International orders are not eligible for free shipping, regardless of order value.

Orders with payment confirmed by 4:00 p.m. Japan Standard Time on a shipping business day are dispatched the same day. Payments confirmed after 4:00 p.m. or on a shipping closure day are dispatched on the next shipping business day. We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs clearance and local postal conditions. Tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

The available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees may be charged when your order arrives in your country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the customer. Please check the import regulations of your country before placing an order.

Once an item is sold out, the exact same design will not be restocked. Please check the product photos, measurements and item details carefully before purchasing.

All international orders are final sale.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds.

For one-of-a-kind remake items, please note that individual differences, vintage characteristics, distressing, and variations in color or texture may be part of the item's design and are not considered defects.

If you receive an incorrect item or there is a problem with your order caused by us, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
